Photographing babies and children
Every parent knows their baby is the most beautiful in the world, and what better way to keep the memories of your child than with a photograph, or even photographs? These days with cameras on phones, laptops and tablets with 'one click' editing software it's easier than ever before to take photos of your children. Despite all this technology to hand Photographers still do good business with baby and child photographs. There are many newborn specialists, even those who'll visit maternity wards.
I've already broken half of the 'rule' of never working with children and animals as I frequently photograph pets, so why not go the whole hog and photograph children, or even photograph children with animals? who'd be
daft enough to do that? Oh, right.... me.
Of course it doesn't always work out as well as the image above. Some children will not smile when they see the camera (or maybe it's just me they don't like the look of?) So we have to employ some computer aided editing. This photo started out as two totally separate images.
Definitely not smiling
and here is the final image
